University Hills

Bound by three highways when you consider that Colorado Boulevard and Hampden Avenue are highways 83 and 285 respectively, University Hills feels like an oasis of solitude with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, theaters, retail stores and more.

You’ll find the majority of the homes are 1950 ranch style architecture.  Prior to the turn in the economy, developers were eyeing this neighborhood for scrape and build opportunities.  The winding streets and meandering highline canal along with the Mamie Dowd Eisenhower Park give the neighborhood a pastoral feel at times, and make for excellent jogging and walking paths.

Along Colorado Boulevard are the University Hills Plaza and University Hills South Shopping centers.  Light rail stops at the I-25 and Yale intersection providing easy and stress free access to downtown and the Denver Tech Center.
