You’ll find the majority of the homes are 1950 ranch style architecture.  Prior to the turn in the economy, developers were eyeing this neighborhood for scrape and build opportunities.  The winding streets and meandering highline canal along with the Mamie Dowd Eisenhower Park give the neighborhood a pastoral feel at times, and make for excellent jogging and walking paths.
